I'm passionate about helping individuals with ADHD unlock their full potential. My journey to becoming an ADHD coach is a deeply personal one.
After nine years of teaching in post-primary schools, I understand the challenges and strengths that come with different learning styles. It wasn't until later in life that I received my own ADHD diagnosis, which completely transformed my understanding of myself and how I approach life.
That experience sparked a desire to support others on a similar path. I'm currently a PhD candidate, diving deep into the world of learning and cognition, which further enriches my coaching approach. I combine my teaching experience, personal insight, and academic knowledge to provide practical strategies and compassionate support.
